Records / Transcript Request

Records Request:

Due to the upcoming Holiday, Chickasha Public Schools will have several weeks where they will not be open for at least 30 hours.  As a result, open records requests will be available on the following days:

November 21 & 22

December 19 & 20

December 28 & 29

Procedures for obtaining records are as follows:

Please email mgreenfield@chickasha.k12.ok.us (Mona Greenfield) with your detailed request.  Please provide your mailing address or the specific address where you want the records mailed.  You will be notified once your records have been mailed.  Thank you for your interest and support of Chickasha Public Schools.
