Counseling Support and Prevention Resources
- OK DHS Hotline
1-800-522-3511
- 988 Mental Health Lifeline
988 is a three-digit phone number to call in a mental health crisis, whether that is thoughts of suicide, substance abuse issues or other mental health problems, like depression or anxiety.
Calls are answered by an in-state crisis call center to address and de-escalate mental health crises in the moment and serve as an entry point for Oklahomans to get connected with other mental health resources.
- Be a Neighbor
Be a Neighbor is a community-driven solution that connects state agencies, local organizations, and the community at large to simplify and transform service delivery for Oklahomans in need.
- OK I'm Ready
Substance Use Disorder is not a moral issue. It is a chronic, treatable disease that individuals can recover from and go on to live healthy lives. The facts are that there are safe, effective and lifesaving tools available to help people experiencing substance use. OK I'M READY is a resource to help.
